Aluminium 3003 Flat Bar is a widely used aluminium alloy primarily alloyed with manganese, known for its excellent corrosion resistance, moderate strength, and outstanding formability. It is commonly used in applications where durability, corrosion resistance, and ease of fabrication are essential. This alloy offers very good resistance to atmospheric and chemical corrosion, making it suitable for use in chemical equipment, storage tanks, architectural structures, roofing systems, food processing equipment, and general engineering applications. Aluminium 3003 Flat Bar is available in a wide range of sizes and thicknesses and can be supplied in custom lengths as per specific requirements. It provides excellent workability and can be easily bent, formed, and welded without cracking, making it ideal for fabrication and structural applications. Although it has lower strength compared to heat-treatable aluminium alloys, it offers superior corrosion resistance and long service life.
